I found this video mid anxiety attack. My favorite part about this video is the fact that I was able to find relief from anxiety WITHOUT medicine this time. Thank you so much, you helped more than you'll ever know. 💞

since i’ve been in quarantine i’ve been on edge lately, i’ve been feeling very anxious, never felt like this before, but when i found your video, and tried these yoga poses they really helped me, thank you so much 🥺and your voice is so calming as well

I've done this video many times when I am feeling anxious. Sometimes by the end of the video, I am at complete peace. Othertimes, I feel better, but there is still some anxiety lingering in the background. But you know what? Thanks to you I've learned to accept what my body can do at a given time, and respond in a gentle non-judgemental way when I feel like the video isn't "working" the way I was hoping it would. More than the stretching part of yoga, I can't tell you how much I appreciate all of your mindfulness teaching in this video and the many others that you do. It has helped me so much to just accept my feelings, my stiffness, my inflexibility or whereever I'm at, and then relax into it rather than pushing or forcing myself. Thank you.

I've been suffering from panic attacks lately and a lot of stress. I just made a huge decision a few days ago that will quite literally change the direction of my life. I am struggling with remianing constant in this choice as I don't want to be full of regret one day. I want to do the right thing for me. This definitely helped me calm down and feel more confident in my choice. There is more to the world than my choice, there are birds out my window, there is soft music at night, and there is the fact that I can breathe. Just...breathe.

I am working ftom home, teaching my 3rd and 4th graders and taking care of my teen who is nonverbal and autistic. My blood pressure was 152/120 today. I needed this so much😩

I have recently found out I have bipolar and depression all mixed with anxiety I’ve been struggling with constant over thinking and stress and I tried this just to wonder about it and I have felt so good after it really was a stress relief thank you so much

I cried during this practice. Sometimes your just putting on a smile and acting like everything is alright to the point you start numbing all of the pain within and you lose yourself without knowing it. Thank you for cleaning up my mind so I can refocus on what’s actually important ♥️

I have had tight legs and lower back pain since 2012. My Doctor has had me on pain killers since 2012. 2021 I found you on You tube channel and now, Ironically following your 15 minute calming Yoga gave me more release and pain free feeling then 8 years on pain medication. Thank you Sarah!

I loved how this yoga flow connected me to my body in a really gentle way. It helped me accept and to see all the things in my body as just sensations and to be grateful for the ability to feel regardless of the type of sensation, pleasant or uncomfortable. This was awesome I am definitely going to do this again.

I've done this video twice and each time has brought me peace. Its March 2020 and this stupid COVID-19 has had me a bit anxious. All this worldwide Panic has me on edge! Glad I came across this video to help me relax and let go of the things I cannot change. Praying for healing throughout the world in this time of Panic. Hope you find peace as I have.
