I did Day 20 after a really long run yesterday and today’s stretch is perfect for recovery. Thank you so much for your lovely videos as always. Wow thanks for this session! I’ve been trying to get back in the groove of things when working out and I felt like I went too hard after not working out for awhile and I felt super sore on my biceps, shoulders and obliques and I couldn’t really do any upper body exercises without my arms giving out. I felt a great relief in my upper body as well as my lower body which wasn’t sore but needed a good stretch. Thank you again for this video ❤

I am a teacher of hula, and practice it daily, the hip stretches are a great reminder of how beneficial they are! Practice, practice, practice.
