I took 2 weeks off from ur workouts cause I was EXTREMLY filled with exams, like I would study 24/7, now when most of my final exams are over, i finally have time again!! See you on the mat. 💯💥

I was always insecure about my self cuz my classmates always body shamed me because a was a little chubbier than them but I don’t know how doing these exercises and stretching makes me forget the insecurity and develops my self esteem and makes me love my self more and more ❤

we all need that time to set and take long time doing nothing just siting with ourselves 🌊🪴 maybe writing or doing mediation or even do stretch! But to be honest I forget to give myself that time 😔💔 so when you upload video like this that make me back and sit with myself and take lonnng breath after that 🍃 thanks Anna, and team let's not forget to give ourselve that time even one time per week ❤❤

Just got my periods yesterday morning. I was tired and I took rest. Today morning planned to go for a walk, but was not in a mood😐. And doing this now at night before bed and now I'm sleepy. The perfect video for today❤️.

There aren't any comparisons here, but I really fit your exercises. After 3 weeks of returning to working out, I have caught the rhythm of your HIIT and Cardio exercises and I can't wait to practice every day. one more time thank you very much.
