Time to slow it down with this Active recovery workout. That body has put in some serious work over the past few days so we are giving it some love and easing those sore muscles with a full body stretch plus some gentle mobility workout. I will guide you through the movements today but as always, listen to your body and do what feels right for you. Roll out that mat and let's stretch it out! #Fierce14 #Stretching #activerecovery

This seems to be the perfect work out after the last four days. And since we are in the holiday season, these daily challenges seem like a gift that keeps coming. Each morning i eagerly come to the site and see what is in store for me today. This "active recovery" is seriously delicious ... especially after four days of fierce workout. The "mobility" part is brilliant. Heather - I so appreciate your expertise in constructing accessible yet effective workout routines, all absolutely free. What a god-send. Among my friends doing virtual exercises together, we affectionally call you HR, as in "let's start with HR tomorrow."

July ‘22 - Fierce has been great! Heather, thank you for being soft-spoken and professional. Having had knee and wrist surgeries, I gotta take care but overall complete each session, making changes when I need to which means no jumping, burpees, harder push-ups, etc…even so, improvising works.

This was so good after a tough week! Loving the program so far - really tough, but the small circuits format is so much easier for me to get through mentally.

What an unbelievably great stretch after 4 days of strength workouts. My entire body was so sore this was definitely needed. Looking forward to tomorrow’s total body! Thank you Heather! You are amazing

I come back to this routine again and again. It's thorough and I love how Heather instructs us throughout and reminds us to keep our hips square, etc, to make sure we're performing each stretch well.

Wow Heather, this is a GREAT recovery video! Thank you so much for putting this together with all of these wonderful and much needed different stretches. Your vocal cues are very helpful since most of the time we are in poses that don’t have us looking at the screen. With those we are able to just follow along with your very calm and peaceful direction. Thank you!

This is my go to “reset” after a week of working out. I look forward to it and I know I can push a little harder on my workout days knowing a good rest and stretch is right around the corner!
