I used to run a lot while training for my first half marathon and hiking goals, but over time, I noticed my body becoming stiff, and my scoliosis worsened. Back, hip, and knee pain became the norm, which was frustrating since running is my main source of dopamine and stress relief.

Then, I discovered yoga and its incredible benefits, which helped me recover. I started incorporating more stretching into my routine but still struggled with stiffness, especially after long runs. That’s when I found your post-run stretch video. After trying it for the first time, I felt refreshed and fully recovered in a way I hadn’t experienced before. Just 10 minutes of post-run stretches, especially the pigeon pose, made a huge difference. Now, your videos are part of my routine, and they’ve made running more enjoyable by helping me recover quickly and get ready for my next run. Thank you Ash!!:))
