15 Minute Lower Body Stretch Routine | Muscle Recovery and Relief / Follow along with this lower body stretch workout tutorial and complete a full 15 minute lower body stretch session. As an athlete, your lower body muscles can tighten up after workouts which will negatively affect your performance. Lower body stretching should be done post workouts and competition. To benefit from lower body stretching be sure to complete these stretches daily for improvement. These stretches should not be painful, so stop immediately if you feel pain.

I‘ve been doin these stretches for 2 weeks after every workout and I definitely can feel it.
Now going to kick for bit knowing I‘ll recover and bounce back better than ever.

a couple months out ACL surgery, lower body is always tight on both and this was a very simple routine especially easy for the knees! i appreciate this a lot and will keep this routine after i get back on the field.

I've been doing this twice a day as probly 90% of my weeks for months now, these stretches are awesome. I love the 1 minute timed stretch, alot of other videos are way to fast pace . This is perfect

I had basketball practice today it went awesome the best so far actually! We played for 2 and a half hours I didn’t want to stop but immediately when I got home I felt my calf spasm this definitely helped especially since I have a game tmrw thanks a lot :D
