I’ve been locked up in my house and haven’t seen really any of my friends in months. Bre and Flo, you guys are pretty much the only people I’ve spent the consistent time with in the past few months. This teacher is really good at explaining what part of your body to move and how and where you should be feeling a stretch but also where you might be feeling a stretch and variations for all body types and consistently reminds us that it's ok to be wherever we're at and whoever we are and just to find ways to strengthen, stretch, breathe, relax, and grow further into yourself.
There are a lot of online teachers, but not as many that truly understand the mind, body and spirit of yoga.
I love this guy!

Just started yoga. I’ve gained weight through covid. 38. Been at it two days. Today felt really good not worrying about the poses. I’m outdoors in Hawaii and this made me really like yoga’s. I’m doing yoga as part of a program 75 hard. Stretching has never been my strong suit.

I am doing 75 Hard and My body was overworked from the daily gym and running and today i had severe pain in my legs so i thought of doing a proper streching and did this and it worked like magic. I feel so relaxed ❤️
