▸ Equipment: 1 set of Medium Dumbbells (I'm using 2x 5kg dumbbells for your reference)

Workout:
▸ Warm Up 30 sec on
▸ Workout 50 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ Finisher 60 sec on
▸ Cool Down 30 sec on, 10 sec off

HEY ANNA, I’m probably one of your younger fans but I just wanted to say how insecure, sad, and unmotivated I felt last year but your workouts have changed my life. I have learned so many inspirational quotes from you. You’re the one who got me out of bed. I now joined the swim team and started running more because of your inspiration. I am sooo much better now than before because of you and I am now realizing how strong and confident I can be if I’m consistent. Hi Anna! Since 2021 I’ve been working out with your videos and sooo happy to share that even though right now I’m 36 weeks pregnant, I haven’t quit. Most of your workouts are amazing for pregnant woman, keeping in mind if the pregnancy doesn’t have risk and if the person is active. In this video for example I made 3-4 modifications, trying to make it totally suitable for me and I’m planning to workout until the belly bell ring :)
