loved the cool down stretches in this one! Could you do a 40 minute work out that includes a 5 min warm up and the 5 min cool down?? I love these ones but sometimes miss the extra 10 minutes of workout 🤗

I loved this so much, it’s a perfect at-home workout when you don’t have a gym membership. It’s strengthening without sweating and feeling burnt out. Please make more videos like this!!! I have followed your videos from the start of my workout journey during quarantine:)
