TEAM it's YOU VS YOU! Get ready for 30-minutes of killer full-body exercises, you're about to prove to yourself that you are stronger than you think! This workout is all about pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. Whether it be pushing out more reps, trying heavier weights, or finishing the full workout - you've got this! Let's do it!

▸ Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 50 Seconds. After 10 Seconds of Rest continue to the next move.

3. Cool Down 33:57 - 38:47

Omg, I rarely comment stuff but Anna is so amazing, I started working out using Anna’s videos just about a month ago and have already dropped kilos and have so much better strength than usual, I love how she designs a routine so well that you feel like you are resting as you are working out, as in she doesn’t pair one high intensity after the other, she makes sure they are easy to follow !! Having said that I still can’t do the low push up without dropping !! Anna is a beast!!

I'm a guy, and I do these, too! I may up the weight on some of the weighted workouts and substitute the glute exercises for something else, but I feel amazing, and they just work!

Hi Ana, my name is Grace and i'm 15 years old. I've been working out since I was 13, I was struggling with self image, and needed to take better care of my body. I've been through many ups and downs throughout my journey. I've been following your workouts, and watching videos from your channel and I have never felt more confident in myself. Waouh! J'ai adoré, j'ai utilisé des haltères de 7, 5kg et pour les abdos des haltères de 5kg...et j'ai terminé par 10 min de hiit workout crossfit dans tes vidéos...ça fait du bien, je me sens plus forte💪🍍😘

It was perfect! I like there were many moves for upper body incorporated as well. I love +/- workouts the most. Sometimes I also like 20 min intensive sessions like Tabata or so because I am always short of time but I still try to be in a good shape. Sometimes I do a half of a longer session and then finish it later or a day later. Thank you Anna for your effort and your personality!
