I did your men’s series, like 25 vid’s, then didn’t do yoga for two months and this my first time back and wow it feels good!!!

Love your videos, I do them at least twice a week.

24 y/o retired athlete that still has that fire to perform but also remembers peace and stillness is key as well.

Love the meditation portion and utilize balance the app to supplement days I don’t use you.

I came across your video this morning, I usually follow someone else but I was drawn to your video.
There were a couple of moves that were quite advanced fir me but I gave it a try.
It was a beautiful flow, and my mind felt so calm afterwards ( this is unusual for me!)
Thank you for this video, I'll definitely be trying some more of your videos.
