This 20-minute yoga flow will help you connect to a strong base, promote healthy blood flow, and increase strength and flexibility in both mind and body.

This session invites you to notice your patterns and consider your willingness to see and take action in a new way. Welcome a possible shift in your perspective to find creative solutions to any problem. Embrace the heat, keep your mind open. Perhaps our ability to stay present, step back, and take a different view is a crucial skill for our time.

Who else just finished "Breath" and is here in 2021? I started doing yoga with the help of this channel in Oct 2019 and it's the first time I did 30 Days in 30 Days. Hope to keep it going the rest of the year. Thank you for being you, Adriene!

Another great routine, Adriene! One thing I've been reflecting on is how your yoga videos have helped me to accept changes in my own body. We all go through illness, injury and other difficulties in our lives when we may lose fitness and our bodies change in a way we may not want them to. But no matter how my body changes, I'm always able to come back to these videos and begin to build strength again. They may feel harder than before, but they are manageable, and they give me peace in my own skin. Thank you Adriene for all you do, and for keeping your practice freely available to all ❤

Awesome yoga practice thanks Adriene. 😊 I woke up not feeling that bad, which makes a change for me, but after doing this practice I feel even better. Now I feel I can rock my day, (Which is going out with my friends to the cinema, and McDonald's) so look good forward to today, and now I'm ready to go. I don’t know if you’ll see this or not, but I know the roller coaster of emotions as my mother had a stroke last September just before her 61st birthday. Praying for your mother’s recovery but also praying for you and your family as you all navigate this.
