This flow felt so amazing. I would love to be able to do the more advanced poses in this practice eventually. Thank you so much for always taking the time to put together such wonderful content. It's more like sunrise here, but I did this practice this morning and found it the perfect flow to do to relax before I start another hectic day. Thank you :)

I don't usually comment, but I felt moved to today. Thank you for this beautiful practice. My health has been suffering over recent weeks and this was the first time I've been able to practice in a while, so thank you for this blissful and moving flow - it quite literally moved me to tears, so happy to be back on the mat. I have to give such a special shot out, I hurt my back in the military years ago and after doing construction along with just the every day grind of life my lower body froze up!

But I have been working with J&M and as of 2 day I did my first day of legs in the gym like I did when I was in the Army! I am so happy this could have never happened if it was not for Julianna doing what she does for all of us and Mark thank you for being such an amazing video editor for this
I recommend Boho Beautiful to everyone especially athletes like me not only will it take you 2 the next level of your physical capabilities but help you mentally
Because you really begin to become more aware of your self but mostly you become the witness of your emotional state I am not like a professional at this part but I went from reacting to everything to only having a handful of triggers that get my goat but I know I have the tools to keep working at being a better version of my self because of J&M

I’m in love with this flow! Sometimes I’m overwhelmed with how many great classes you provide. I wish to repeat so many of them on a daily basis but then I’d be busy four to eight hours as there are new ones adding to the favorite list all the time! THANK YOUUUU
