It's the 2024 Get Toned Challenge! This is episode 1 which is a 20 minute full body workout. This is a weighted workout but if you dont have any weights, you can still try the workout to get familiar with the movements and use replacement weights such as water bottles and such for the time being until you get some weights.

Regarding some of my video titles, some are considered clickbait. YouTubers optimise their video's titles for discovery for the algorithm. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different and progresses differently. You also can't target fat loss, so don't take a video title out of context when its just optimised for discovery.

It's what's in my video's content that matters and I've explain multiple times across my videos throughout my channel over several years that it takes time to see results, and involves lots of factors such as your diet. If you're following a suitable program schedule, eating well and watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. you should see results.

I’ve done Chloe Ting since Covid and let me tell you she’s changed my life. I’m 16 years old and I have a prosthetic foot. It’s been hard but throughout I’ve learned good balance even on my weak leg. These programs are a good motivation that are filled with love and encouragement. Thank you Chloe.

began 2024 with the new weightloss challenge then moved tp 18 days get abs challenge which i finished yeaterdat, now i cannot wait to start this one !!! I'm literally in disbelieve that this is gonna be my third challenge this year already, ive never been so consistent in my whole life, kinda proud of myself. THANK YOU CHLOE LOVE YOUUUU

literally the perfect workout for me, enough time to go slow and controlled, no jumping so my neighbours won't hate me, no boring repeats, works the full body and core is easy to engage, no lying down on a sweaty mat, and difficulty can be increased with weights. i literally love this video so much, i could do it everyday <3333

I've been following Chloe since 2020. I love her, her website which by the way is completely free, unlike other fitness gurus. I love how much she cares for her community and you can clearly see it on all of her work. I love the fact that she never says how much is the weight that she is using, so that it doesn't trigger people with body dysmorphia or perfectionism issues... She's always lovely and positive. Thanks Chloe. This is my third challenge program. I can now comfortably fit into my clothes better, slowly working on my stomach. I'm in my 50s, doing the challenges with two of my kids. My daughter is my inspiration. She looks great!

I always love an all standing with dumbbells workout --burns more calories in a fun yet challenging way (for some reason I detest lying down/horizontal workouts). Thank you so much for this chloe. I have been doing these types of challenges i.e get fit challenge and get toned challenge for more than two years from your programs. I love them 2020, 2021, 2022. I keep alternating between them. I was waiting for this. It has been three years that I am continuously doing your workouts and whenever I tried to do others workout, that did not made me relaxed and i always bounced back to your site and it gave me so much relaxation and peace of mind. Been following your program since 2020 during COVID era, and I have never been better like today. Back then, I used to have fever every month during my period. Since I exercise regularly, no fever, no symptom. Feel stronger each day. Though I did not really lose weight but I feel healthy which is the most important thing in life. Thanks Chloe and please pleasee do more weighted program as I love them so much to the extent I keep repeating your other weighted programs over and over. xoxo

I've been doing chole ting since 2022 when I started my weight loss journey, I've lost about 20kgs 😊 and I've done and completed 19 programs.
