Team, it's time to WORK! 30 min Full-Body Fat-Burning Workout to burn calories and tone all major muscle groups. If you don't have dumbbells, grab some water bottles or anything you have at home to add some extra weight. Let's push our bodies, work hard, and have FUN! Let's do it!!

▸ Muscles Worked: Full Body
▸ Time: 30 Min
▸ Equipment: Dumbbells (I used 5kg for your reference)

▸ Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 50 Seconds. After 10 Seconds of Rest continue to the next move.

This is my first time using dumbells to work out, wish me luck😬

Edit: I did it😅 I took a lot of breaks but a few months ago i wouldn't have even been able to get through the warm up😌 thanks Anna, you're the best❤

Really enjoyed this workout however, I just couldn’t do the frog exercise. I have a lot of work to do to strengthen my core and gain the confidence to lift my leg off the ground, trust my wrists and arm to carry my weight. I also like that this one includes the warm up and the cool down, Anna and I know you do have these included in a few of your workouts. Thank you for sharing your valuable time to teach us to look after our health.

I love your 30 minute videos! Would love to see more 30 minute full body ones and also lower body and upper body videos! I’m a busy working mom and I get up early so 30 minutes is perfect!

I struggle with seasonal depression and it is 0 degrees F here in Indiana, but this workout really challenged me and made me feel SO good.
