before, I was quite intimidated by 40 minute workouts. Even though I do jiu-jitsu and track, which take a lot more than 60 minutes, I was always scared of doing your 40 minute workouts.😅 But now, 40 minutes pass by incredibly fast and I feel stronger, productive, and unstoppable. If anyone is wondering if they should do this workout, definitely go for it! It’ll leave you drenched in sweat, your muscles tingling, and everything. But the endorphins are endless, and you will feel so proud of yourself. Lots of love, both Anna and everyone who’s reading this comment! ❤❤

This was a killer! Almost gave up at 61% but so glad that I didn't. I am so proud of myself. These workouts make me believe in myself and make me realise that I can do difficult things. Thank you Anna, much love 💖

I have been doing this workout consistently every day for a month or so and I have to say that it has changed my workout routine and has really helped me to get back into the shape that I want to be in and help me work towards an even better shape! I really appreciate all of Anna's videos. I use 3-4 of them a day with my workout routine that helps me target areas all around me body.
I just want to say thank you for challenging me and really helping me to push myself through tough workouts, tough times, and really get myself back into working on myself and my body.

Okay, I believe this is one of the best workouts I have ever completed. I started working out again after a long period of me doing nothing lol, so it was very challenging for me, especially towards the end, when I could feel my legs becoming jelly haha. I almost gave up but eventually I completed it and I can't be prouder of myself. It will be a long weight loss journey but I'm ready. Thank you very much, Anna!

Started this workout today, and I must say it’s got me sweating like crazy. I’m not even 10 min in and I’m exhausted. The thing is this is my first time doing weight training.. so it’ll be a journey for sure. But I’m going to do this workout at least a few times a week. Until I can complete it without any struggle or breaks. No pain, no gain.

Day 1: Only made it to 7 min and feeling exhausted. But felt good

Day 2: Made it half way through. Yippie! 🎉 Was sweating like crazy tho. Whole body became numb and jelly.

I am so grateful you include the warm up and cool down, and this length was perfect for doing before work. Also, the cardio in the middle was really awesome, and the time allotted to each exercise was perfect!

I needed this one. I’m currently in my exam era, and my neck and back is so stiff. By getting the muscles warm during the strength exercises, I could feel the tension leave my neck and back during the cardio jumping exercises. Thank you so much

seriously!! one of the best of your workouts I have done and my heart can't keep up. She asked me to rest longer and skip some but still loves it at the end. 🤪

And it is official for me, you are weightlifting fairy (not kim bok joo version but growingannanas version) and the queen of workout.

Understand some of you guys have personal preferences when it comes to weightlifting trainer but mine is her.

Thank you for creating this workout. The time frame from 50 to eventually 20 seconds of workout is an excellent way to have a workout feel like its quicker than expected and doesn't drag on.
