This strength workout is quick but effective at building full-body muscle and definition! We have 15 exercises to target the lower body, upper body, and abs! This no-repeat structure will keep your heart rate up while increasing overall muscle mass! Aim to lift with moderately heavy weights to maximize this 20 minutes!

EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 15lbs to 30lbs / 7 to 13.6kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift moderately heavy!

This morning I did the plank rock for the full minute and no break! First time to do that. I was so excited. I even yelled to my husband in the other room to share the news while still working out. Yay!

I am in my 50’s and have had such a hard time finding strength workouts that are challenging enough without pushing too hard. Many of the over 50 workouts online are too slow and easy, but so many of the ones that challenge are too fast for me to figure out correct form and honestly, make me feel pain. This was perfect! I’ll definitely be trying more of your workouts!! Thanks!
