Get ready to build, sweat, and burn! We have a 20 minute full body strength and conditioning combo that is going to help you build muscle and improve your cardiovascular output! The style of this workout is a no repeat super set workout with a strength exercise followed right away by a cardio move! The only thing you need for this workout is a set or two of dumbbells!

I had so much fun with this workout! The 20 minutes flew by and I knew I was working HARD the whole time! The burn was awesome! I love a quick 20 minute blast to get the heart rate up, but also give the muscles a little(or a lotta) shake! I hope you enjoy this one as much as I did!

** If you need a low-impact/no-jumping option for some of the cardio exercises I will have a modification on screen for your to follow along with!

FULL BODY STRENGTH & CONDITIONING WORKOUT STRUCTURE
- SUPERSET A STRENGTH AND CARDIO EXERCISE
- STRENGTH EXERCISES WORK: 60 SECONDS
- 10 SECONDS TO SWITCH FROM STRENGTH TO CARDIO
- CARDIO EXERCISES WORK: 30 SECONDS
- 30 SECONDS OF REST BETWEEN SUPERSETS
- NO REPEAT - MAKE EACH SET COUNT!

- SQUAT TO SHOULDER PRESS | ALTERNATING HIGH LOW JABS
- SUMO SQUAT | JUMPING JACKS
- KETTLEBELL OR DUMBBELL SWINGS | HOP HOP SQUAT

- KNEELING ALTERNATING ROW | PLANK REACH BACK TAPS

After having worked out with you for more than a year now, you would think I would know that anything labeled 20 minutes is going to be super intense. This was no exception! I didn't want to work out today but I'm so glad I pressed play. This was the perfect combo of cardio and strength! Thanks for your amazing workouts!

Big event this week with family members in town. Stress is high and not much time to myself. I don’t want to lose any ground on the training and loved this gem of a high intensity but short duration workout! Feel soooo much better and glad these are mixed in with longer workouts! ❤

Great 20 minute workout. All I had time for and did about 10 minutes of your stretch. Thanks so much. Perfect for my 72 year old body even though I've worked out for the last 40 years or so I really don't want to do too much or any complicated movements. This is perfect. Love ya!

What a coincidence, I also started today’s workout with ‘No Exercise Today’ mode but some how pushed my myself!!!! Indeed was a sweat buster and mood buster workout. Glad I didn’t quit. Thank you so much Kaleigh for all the motivation and all the workouts. 🙏🏻❤️💪🏻🏋️‍♀️ Am loving it!!!!

On a whim, added ankle weights to bump the cardio portions up a bit. Know where I felt it most? Dead bug!!! Whoooo, hoo, hoo!
Also the plank to bear hold was TOUGH
