Nice add on to a 40 minute strength training video. Just pause before the cool down on that video do this one and then finish with the cool down on the other. Could probably work with any video if you want a little extra cardio.

my legs are swollen and sweat have bursted out...I felt the effect in my legs and triceps.Better to do this 3 times in a row. Thumbs up to this!

Think I'm going to do this later but with some alternative moves:

1) Alternating Squat Side Kicks NOT thigh slap squats
2) Alternating Jump Kicks NOT Burpees

...wearing some 16oz boxing gloves

Keep more in the martial arts theme.

I have the same "problem" but actually it really doesn't matter when you workout, as long as you do!!! I work out 1 hour each day of the week, and I've done it now for 5 months and lost 22 pounds by just working out and eating healthy so :)
