Thank you for including a girl that isnt a pro like most exercise videos I see. THIS is what us at home need to see. Because there are times when I am like "wait, how does this go, how is everyone getting it so easily" but to see her looking like ALL of us and trying a couple times to get it like me is PERFECTION. I am loving it and I am watching her more than you 😍😍

attempting to do this for seven days just for funsies and to get back into the habit! see y'all tomorrow!
Day 1: ✅ (and it kicked my ass too lol)
Day 2: ✅
Day 3: ✅ almost missed today but we're going strong! 💪🏾
Day 4: ✅
Day 5: ❌ super busy day but i'll add an extra day to make up for it!
Day 6: ✅
Day 7: ✅
Day 8: ✅ done!! 💪🏾

Results:
Dropped 2.5cm (~1in) from my chest, 1.5cm (0.5in) from my waist and 1.5cm from my stomach! I did 1 set and ended each with a plank til failure, and alternated 10 squats, pushups or russian twists per day. I didn't change my diet (arguably it's worse than normal cause my mental health is a bit low lol) but i tried to drink as much water as i could (~1l a day). But most importantly this workout gives me such an energy boost! Like i mentioned, my mental health isn't great and on a lot of days I had no energy, but this gave me just enough of a pickup to finish my days off strong. I'm going to try and implement them in the mornings rather than nights so that i have energy at the start of my day (biggest struggle) but I'm definitely going to make a habit of it! If I can do it so can you, we got this! 💪🏾

I’m currently 93kgs (205 pounds). 10 months postpartum after a c-section.
I am determined to lose 20kgs (44 pounds) to try for a second baby and have a healthy pregnancy (I have high blood pressure) and it is so hard right now to see that I could lose that much weight in 8 months time (that’s the time I’ve just given myself as a goal). To think that short little workouts each day (and healthy diet) could make me achieve that is so hard to grasp right now as I’m just starting out but seeing the positive comments from people that have lost weight from these workouts is giving me THE MOST MOTIVATION EVER. So thank you in advance. Can’t wait to share my positive progress eventually. 🙌🏽🙏🏼

I discovered your videos 4 days ago when I decided the workout app I was using just wasn’t it for me. Let me start by saying I hate(d) exercise. Over the last 4 days, I’ve gotten longer morning workouts in without realizing it, AND I’ve found myself coming back later in the day for a boost of energy. To anyone who is looking at the comments as a way to review — this is THE MOST fun I’ve EVER had exercising and my mood in 4 DAYS has improved drastically because of these. Do it. Watch the video. Thank you my darling Jo it been nearly 2 years since my amazing beautiful sister passed my life just stopped . Previous to this and up to when she passed I was doing my thing... I have just resumed my 30 -35 min walk at least twice a week and on return do this workout I am 60 years thank God! I am not able to keep up 100% but I will get there. I am feeling so good after this as I prepare for work here in the UK. May God truly bless you I can see his face shining through you. I am thankful and grateful for each time I can do this... 🙌🙌

This is exactly what I needed. I’ve been in a week long slump of either not wanting to work out or not having the time, and then feeling too intimidated to jump back in. This really helped remind me it’s not about how much time you put in but just the effort and commitment. I’ll definitely be exploring the rest of this series this week and feel really motivated and happy about it.

I just started my fitness journey this passed week due to stress, heart palpitations, back pain, body pain and I'm only 40 yro. I found You yesterday and started watching your videos. I was so excited this morning to work out (never really have workout before)!!!

I love these kinds of videos. I have 3 kids and find myself running from sun up to sun down and not getting a chance to get a workout in. I feel better when I'm able to so I know how important it is for my health. So, I've been getting up 15 mins earlier to do these quick workouts and it's already made a huge difference in my mood and how I feel. Thank you for making this series! I am almost 9 weeks postpartum. I’ve started to follow 2 of yours video ( Mom cardio and Pelvic floor ) since 6 weeks postpartum followed with healthy food and I have already lost 4 kg. This is just wanted I needed to keep me moving. I’m training to run 10 miles by September. Yesterday I pushed myself too hard with a bungee fitness class, a five mile run, the two jo workouts, and a strength training class. I did a recovery run this morning and this was a great push to keep me moving! The first premier I have ever made it to in over 2 years of working out with you!
