Amazing! I really felt this workout the next day. However, I realized that you need to adjust your diet, because exercising alone is not enough for weight loss. I ended up getting personalized diet plan from Next Level Diet. They even provide home workout plan, but some exercises are really hard to do. Still, I made a decent progress. Happy exercising to all of you!

After the first 12 mins I almost gave up, its been a month since I haven't done no cardio, then I decided to go all out and keep and constant pace which wasn't too aggressive, i was amazed with myself that I finished the whole 30 mins without pausing. So proud. Thank you for this great video

I have done this workout for 8 days consecutively 1st thing in the morning, followed by OMAD in afternoon. At 1st it was tough, trust me the more consistent u r the better u perform. Consistency is the king! Thanks Jordan! This is the most motivating workout I have done so far, keep me going!
