Really appreciated that this ab workout had no leg movements! My hip flexors often take over my abs in certain exercises and they even act up sometimes during workouts from overuse as an athlete. This was a solid core burner!

I love everything about this. The view, the music and the workout. I hate doing my abs because of the leg lifting, but this is amazing:)

I work with you since April, I have a great results without diet even. My body shape and muscles totally changed . Your exercises are the best…Your videos short and aimed. Finally always we need new exercises to lower abs and muffen tops . Please exercise inside we can focus more on your movements 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻You are the best

I was worried that i cannot workout after my knee injury but this workout turn out more intense than the one I did w/ my legs !
