Train your abdominal muscles in the comfort of your own home or on vacation. Let your abs burn and feel yourself getting stronger.

Improve yourself by getting faster from workout to workout. If you want, you can also use dumbbells for some exercises.

If you can't do the exercises for 40 seconds, do each exercise for just 20 to 30 seconds. Then you have a little break in between.
