I swear this guy is such an eye opener to building a healthy relationship. And that he gives this advice out for free is amazing🙏

I feel personally attacked 😂. But on a serious note, great video!

Love how you list those painful truths in a humourous way. It's easier to self identify when you can laugh at yourself.

My main problem is having no boundaries... willingly neglecting myself to prioritize others.

Listen. The line "Ok, we're gonna get you some help." Hits.

Your channel has shown me that even people who believe they arent the problem, can still cause the problem to exist by not helping themselves. Whenever my next relationship happens, ill be ready for it with a much healthier mindset to thrive in it.. thank you.

I can tell you had a lot of fun delivering lines as the woman lol but in all seriousness, I really appreciate you putting info like this out there in such an approachable way. People are more likely to digest what they took in if they don’t feel attacked, and it’s hard to feel attacked when your vids are amusing af. Thank you and please keep making content! ❤

GAK! That was me in my 1st marriage! 🤢😜 When I saw the 'lady' in this short looking back at me in the mirror 18 years in my 1st marriage, I realized I needed help. 5 years into counseling & now 20 years after that realization, I can attest that traveling the road of healing is painful, joyous, & very worrh the effort! I'm 62 now, retired from a profession I started 20yrs ago & enjoyed. I pray for all who see themselves in this video to find the self love & confidence that healing brings to those who want to heal & are willing to face the truth. I witness that life does get better as you travel the road of self awareness & healing. It's a rough path & so very worth it. It is very rewarding to see this video & be able to see that I USED to be like that, knowing I'm a work in progress with some of those anxious tendencies, but now I have tools & healing to see me through triggers. Blessings... Namaste. ❤

I really love, that you are doing both sides. It is very self reflective for me and it helps me communicate my feelings and needs better.

Anxious-Avoidant here, I've been in talk therapy for seven years consistently only to be told last month by a trauma center, "with your level of trauma and stress, talk therapy was never going to get you where you wanted to go." 😂🤦‍♀️ Glad I haven't been wasting my time and money for close to a decade. That would've made me feel like a drain on my insurance company and feel an immense amount of guilt and shame for not working hard enough.

OMG this was so me! My poor husband (he was my boyfriend through my healing) had to be so patient with me. I’m so glad I chose to heal with the help of therapy, energy healing, reiki and so much more. Now our relationship is the healthiest it has ever been and we continue to do the work to ensure we have a happy loving relationship for years and years to come. Loved this! ❤

Have a friend with anxious attachment, she was burning me out so I set a boundary where I would turn down any attempts to hang out on Wednesdays. Those are my me days.

She realized what I was doing and retaliated by not hanging out with me on Thursdays. I think she thought she was giving me a taste of my own medicine but now I get 2 whole days off a week, and she (hopefully) feels empowered to not need 24/7 validation. My hope is that she'll get a hobby and start to enjoy her alone time as much as I enjoy mine

I literally went to therapy to get my anxious attachment under control, this opened my eyes to the relationship I led. Took me about a year to end the relationship. Now I am anxiously single lol, but I am still on my way to getting to know myself better, experience live and setting healthy boundaries. But healing is haaard
