This 25 minute workout uses kettlebell exercises in a Tabata format (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, 4 minute rounds) to work the entire body while keeping the heart rate up. Options for all fitness levels.

*By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

Amy I have to say that as a fully qualified Personal Trainer and a qualified Group Exercise Fitness Professional that your workouts are challenging, engaging, not overly complicated and guaranteed to give anyone at any fitness level a full and complete full body workout. I love your videos, when I am short on time (I weight train 80% of the time) these videos are life savers. Keep up the good work gorgeous. By the way I SWEAR you got more evil in your workouts when you were pregnant, you are nothing short of a machine!!! Amber xxx

Can I talk about this workout??? My abs are popping, I feel strong and got me in amazing shape. The right level of challenging. I’ve actually done this workout for 2 years now and every time I come back to it I’m stronger than ever after a couple of weeks. Love her and love this!! You go mama!!!

Great work out. I currently trying to lose weight I'm 5.5 and was 12 stone, I have lost 3 pounds through eating and exercise. I can't afford to use a gym so I watch videos like yours, thank you. It's not easy to lose weight but I am determined.

I used to struggle to get through this workout with my 10 pound kettlebell. Especially the lunge round, my legs would give out and I couldn't even add the twist or I would lose my balance. I just added this in as a quick bonus today and I was able to do the whole thing with my 18lb kettlebell. Thank You so much Amy for all your videos and hardwork.. I have gotten stronger than I ever thought possible. I m so grateful for your channel. I love this kettlebell workout it is fast and furious!

You are far and away my favorite follow along fitness trainer. I'm a fairly large dude, I do CrossFit, and you kick my ass every time. I typically grab a 20kg kb for these kinds of workouts: I often have to drop to 16kg for yours. I echo what others have said: your pregnancy videos are beast mode. Your kettlebell and TRX stuff are pure gold, thank you so much.

I have been doing this workout and another one of your workout vids and I must say after 1 week I feel stronger, I see a difference as well. After gaining 40kgs I lost 30kgs and these workouts have been great for toning my body. I highly recommend them especially if you are a busy stay at home mum like me 💛

You're AWESOME I just LOVE your workouts!!! I've been doing them 5 days a week for a little over 3 weeks now (your kettlebell workouts) and I've been loosing so much weight! This one, by far, is the TOUGHEST of them all...., at least it was for me. I'm dripping in sweat right now! I'm so grateful to be able to do these via YouTube in MY livingroom! I did this workout for the first time today--Such a GREAT work out, Amy!!  I love the 20 sec reps and continuous motion--this workout goes by so quickly, it's fun and it's an all-over burner!!  I'm feeling muscles hurting in new places after this workout!!  Thank You soooo much!!  XOXO-Shari

I couldn't make it to the gym this morning so I did this workout. All I can say is wow! I don't think I've sweat so much before lol. Thanks for the great workout 😊

Ive lost 3 pounds in 4 days from doing these workouts. One in the morning and one before I go to bed, along with my job that requires me to stand and walk all day. I don't eat the best and that is the next think I have to work on, but wow these workouts are amazing! Thanks so much Amy!

I´m so happy i found your videos. I was bored of doing the same excercises everyday. I have a 10lbs kettlebell, i´m skinny and i want to add some muscles, ¿ Do i need a heavier kettlebell?
