12 Minute // KETTLEBELL TABATA Workout

This kettlebell tabata workout is structured a little different than a traditional tabata workout but we are still sticking to 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. We will power through each tabata circuit 3 times. So grab that kettlebell and let's do this!

I wanted to sneak a strength workout into a busy day, and this was just the ticket. I almost went with the 13lbs., opposed to the 15lbs. that Heather using. I’m so glad I went with the 15lbs. kettle bell. If anyone is hesitant to try the same weight as Heather, don’t. You might surprise yourself! I did!

I love kettle bell work-outs. keep 'em coming. This routine then the 10 Minute Standing ABS WORKOUT // No Equipment then 10 min. cardio, I did stair-running then reversed, did the 10 min. ab then repeated the kettle-bell one before cooling down. I feel great!! I told my daughter about your workouts and she loves them too. thank-you!

Love this workout Heather. I need my workouts broken up into segments instead of the entire 40 or 45 minutes. This way I can fit in 15 or 20 minutes at work during lunch and the remainder either before work or after. I appreciate you.👍🏾
