*By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

Have been doing it for four weeks. Three time a week.
Lost 19 pounds right into the gut. I am 1m74cm and weighed 78 kilos now am down to 73 kilos.

I started this with a 5kg kettlebell back in December and thought “I’m stupidly weak this is so hard!” But now I’m doing it with a 15kg kettlebell so it definitely works!!!

Hey Joe. I love your work outs. I finished the 90 day plan last May and have maintained my weight loss by doing your workouts daily. The only time I move from your channel to someone else’s is when I want to focus on, let’s call them “woman’s problem areas” aka “love handles, saddle bags, and bra bulge”. If you could put up a video focusing on these areas I’d never have to leave ya. Although you might need a better name for this work out! Thanks a million. Keep up the great work. You’re an inspiration!

Ahh needed this, esp in this social distancing time! Was starting to get really lethargic. 25 mins is perfect. Use it to start my day and dont feel *quite* as bad lounging on sofa for rest of the day.😅
Can we get something similar targeting upper body?

Man im exhausted. I'm so thankful you put this video out there for people to follow along with. This morning I weighted 326 lbs, 148.5kg, I had to take a little bit longer than the 20 seconds between each circuit, it probably wasnt the prettiest sets with the best form, my back, quads and hams are on fire but damn it feels good to work up a sweat. I really apprecite the way this video is done with the timer on the screen. Thanks again from Phoenix, Arizona.

Fast forward 4years, still using this routine and boy does it work. Upped the weight over the years but still a solid routine
