25 Minute Kettlebell HIIT Workout (Advanced Strength Training)

Follow along with us for a 25 minute, FULL BODY, NO REPEAT kettlebell workout! This is a great workout for overall strength and conditioning. All you’ll need for this workout is a pair of light to moderate kettlebells OR, this can be done with a single kettlebell as well. This workout is split into 4 sections: lower body, upper body, full body dynamic movements and finishing off with the core/abs. If you need modifications for this workout, you can follow Toya for the single kettlebell version. If you have any questions on any of the exercises, drop a comment and we’ll assist you with those as well. If you’re looking to build strength/muscle, get your heart rate up and drop some body fat, this is the workout for you! Grab your kettlebells, and let’s get to work!

*By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

I never leave comments on videos but you two are helping me so much. I used to get more than enough exercise training in a martial art, but am now a martial arts teacher and need to make sure I am staying strong and getting a sweat in before I teach. These short workouts are making it *possible* for me to teach a physical discipline and have other responsibilities. I am grateful!

Just finished this spiciness!! Omgg!! Loveeeed it!! The intensity was so good for me! I have some work to do on my form & stamania but this workout was EVERYTHING!! Just finished this great workout. 🏋️‍♀️I’m 61 and happy to say I didn’t need to modify too much. (Just the knee stuff😩)
I even went to two kettlebells with Juice on a few. Recovering from a foot tendinitis. So the minimal impact with high endurance was perfect. Well formatted video. Thank you!
