I do YouTube workouts all the time and I think this is only the 2nd time I've commented one. I just had to say that I LOVED this workout. I'm 10 months postpartum and was able to keep up with Claudia and look forward to getting to where Coach Kozak is. The length of each exercise was just right. Just when I thought I wouldn't be able to hold my form any longer, Coach Kozak would start counting down. I also thought the variety was excellent. Not too many of the very basic moves that get a little old after awhile. I kept expecting a kettlebell swing :) Thank you HASfit!

It has been since i have done this workout. But im going back to my roots and this is one of the workouts that started all my fitness journey. Salue to you guys for this wonderful workout! I really missed this!!!

Great workout! I only have one 15 lbs. Kettlebell, so I used dumbbells too and it worked great. Even though I was spent, I wish there had been 5 more minutes of work. My personal paradox! Thank you for a great workout!

I've lifted weights in the past but found it boring and gave up. Then I invested in some kettle bells and found these Hasfit vids and haven't looked back.Thank you Coach Kozak and Claudia

Brilliant workout 6.45pm in Ireland a late workout because I was going to take today of from working out .but i will do that Saturday and Sunday. i feel so good after that love all your kettlebells workouts ♥️♥️x

Thank you for this workout this morning. I took almost two months off from working out 🏋🏾‍♀️ and man it’s much harder to get the rhythm back, gosh this workout was even harder having not worked out in awhile. So thank you. I missed it.
