25 Minute Full Body Kettlebell HIIT Workout [Advanced]

Follow along with us for a 25 minute, FULL BODY, NO REPEAT kettlebell workout! This is a great workout for overall strength and conditioning. All you’ll need for this workout is a pair of light to moderate kettlebells OR, this can be done with a single kettlebell as well. This workout is split into 4 sections: lower body, upper body, full body dynamic movements and finishing off with the core/abs. If you need modifications for this workout, you can follow Toya for the single kettlebell version. If you have any questions on any of the exercises, drop a comment and we’ll assist you with those as well. If you’re looking to build strength/muscle, get your heart rate up and drop some body fat, this is the workout for you! Grab your kettlebells, and let’s get to work!

Dear you both are god send to us. You have changed me in so many ways. I was postpartum depressed mother. In 6months time I have reduced 19kg. I started working out with you about 4 weeks ago and I started with the beginner kettle bell workouts. This week I have been trying the HIIT Kettlebell workouts. I thought I was doubtful that I would have the endurance to complete the workouts, but I did. I can't say how much I enjoy your workouts. I enjoy the whole vibe you present along with your approach! I really enjoyed this, I started with this workout then switched to the 20 min Tabata Kettlebell workout, and I got one of the best home workout sessions ever. I will be doing more of it.

I've been doing this and a few other of your KB workouts 5 times per week for the past few weeks and I'm already feeling and looking way better. Still a way to go to lose these love handles but this kind of workout, along with the non-annoying music and 3 second beep warning is exactly what I need and can keep coming back to daily. Thanks!

Good Morning all... I tried these two out today because I found a set of kettles at TJMax and wanted to use them. After following VShred and committing to my fitness for the last 2 months, this was an easy transition. Not only challenging, but I can appreciate how great the format is. They use good timing methods like showing exercises during the rest period on one side and the second timer in the video on the other. I hate having to look at my phone timer while straining my neck to find out how many seconds I need to rest. Better yet there is a beep indicator. Love this feature. Glad I gave these cuties a try. I'm a new subscriber. This month I'll be here.
