Grab a Kettlebell and/or Dumbbell and follow Ash for this 30 Minute Tabata Workout! Warm Up Included. Ash demonstrates with both a 25 lb dumbbell and a 25 lb kettlebell (11kg).

The Workout:
Perform each of the following exercises for 20 seconds at a time, followed by 10 seconds rest. Repeat the circuit again for a total of 8 minutes.
