Tap into this 25 minute, FULL BODY kettlebell HIIT workout! This is a great workout for overall strength and conditioning. All you’ll need for this workout is a single kettlebell (we used 10kg-16kg). This workout is split into 4 groups of 4 exercises that are mad up of lower body, upper body, full body dynamic movements and core/abs. This is a more advanced workout so you can follow Toya for a few modifications.

I used to run every race and I did several spartan and mud run races. I am now in my 50’s and all of that pounding on the pavement has left me with hip and joint problems. Wow. Was gonna have a rest day today but I’m in a really down mood, so I got ready to head to the gym; I wanted to have a full body hiit workout and couldn’t find any good ones on YT that were resonating with me. I don’t have a Kettle Bell so I improvised with 10-15 lb weight. I loved how you set up this video. Something about it was different than usual. I wanted to quit after group 2 but I kept going. This was a really great one and I will repeat it again. I actually felt alot of lower ab work where my mommy muffin top is and it made me excited to feel that area worked. Thank you for another great one love you both your awesome . These videos help me so much and take the planning and thinking out of working out and I love that you both follow along it’s like free personal training 💗💗💗💗 appreciate it so much!!

I’m so glad I found you guys. Started yesterday with a good 25 min workout you had, slightly more beginner. Than I grab this one to help me loosen up the soreness from yesterday. Even at a slower pace I had to stop before the burpees. You’re Killing me! Killer workout. Keep up the great work.
