Tap into this 25 minute, FULL BODY kettlebell HIIT workout! This is a great workout for overall strength and conditioning. All you’ll need for this workout is a single kettlebell (we used 10kg-16kg). This workout is split into 4 groups of 4 exercises that are mad up of lower body, upper body, full body dynamic movements and core/abs. This is a more advanced workout so you can follow Toya for a few modifications.
