25 Minutes KETTLEBELL Tabata Workout - working your entire body and getting your heart rate elevated. Burning fat and building strength. This 30 minute workout uses a kettlebell in the Tabata format - 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest in 4 minute rounds. The weight of the kettlebell will depend on your fitness and strength level but I recommend chosing a weight that will challenge you.This workout can also be completed with a dumbbell.

Before starting this workout, I highly recommend you complete my Warm Up Exercises video.

Lets go.... 6 sets containing 2 exercise each ● working 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest for 4 minutes ● 30 second break between sets

Set 1:
Swing - double arm
Figure 8s

Set 2:
Bent over row - right arm
Bent over row - left arm

Set 3:
Squat press/squat pulse
Reverse lunge pass through

Set 4:
Deadligt to upright row
Press ups

Set 5:
Halo
Bicep curls

Set 6:
Plank pull through
Sit up press

And complete!
