I saw him do these in a different video a couple weeks ago. Tried them with the reverse grin and it killed my lats. Loved it man. Thanks for the tip

I did these at first instinctually and was told not to but I kept it now I know why

I always felt these in my biceps much more which is not bad because they grew. That said I always felt the pronated grip hammered my lats much more. Great exercise though
