I can not thank you enough. I want to sent a fruit basket or something 🙂. I have literally tried everything to relieve my back pain and I mean everything. I have done these 3 segments 2xs a day for 3 days and I'm 75% better. I normally go to bed with an ice pack on my back smelling like biofreeze. The last 3 nights I haven't had to use either one. I can't say thank you I'll keep you updated until I'm a 💯%.

I'm 31 years old and have been suffering from back and hip pain due to a car accident I was a passenger of 3 years ago. I’m a 26 year old male who has had crippling lower right back pain since I was 19 due to unexplained reasons apparently… I’ve been struggling to live my life without constantly having to lay in bed for pain relief.

2 years very hard time for me , i feel very low every day morning and night but after watching your video 70 80 % ok . . . I visit to lot of hospital I think 17 hospital for my pain . . Now I'm happy no words I can't type 😭 thanks thanks thanks

Since this morning, I have been literally crying in bed from my lower left back pain. Doing these exercises REALLY made a big difference in relieving the pain and it took me no more than 15 minutes. Thanks buddy. I've been watching your videos off and on for a while now. I have severe sciatic pain on my right side ironically. Each time you said let's say the pain is on your right side, I felt like you were speaking to me directly. This looks like the most beneficial video I have seen for my issues. I'm going to try these stretches this afternoon. I'm sure they will help, and nothing happens overnight. I'll get back with you.

Did the 2nd exercise just before bed and this really helped. Had a good night sleep with hardly any pain.

I can not thank you enough because by following your videos and excersices i could finally get rid of horrible pain in my lower back . I had this pain for a while, a pain that started as mild pain in lumbar area to the point that it became constant . I was worried that i may not not be able to continue doing my job anymore . I did 2 set of 20 minutes exercise and postures yesterday and miraculously i woke up this morning and it was different, i had no pain, i also could sit on a chair without constantly thinking about my back pain . To all who see this, do yoga and do some excersices at least twice a day, you worth it . Sitting on a couch for a long time will cause many health issues . Thanks again 🙏
