Thank you for the tips. I have back pain when doing those and I started using mirror to check my form. I think my form is ok, yet the back pain is still there. I will make sure to take those tips into the account.

Please do one on static lunges 🙏🏻 I only ever feel them in the calf of the back leg & I always get lower back pain.

Thank you. This video is so useful. I'm still practicing keeping my back and shoulders straight. It also helps that the movement feels in the right place. I've noticed that if the weights are too heavy, especially the shoulders sag.
