Psychedelics are the reason why i didn’t take my life when i was at my end. I was stripped of my ego and saw the beauty of life and interconnectivity and even though i still battle anxiety and depression, I’m doing better everyday and will never think in such a self destructive way again.

HIGHLY recommend doing the first round at 0.75x speed and then bump it back up to normal when you do your first inhale/hold, especially if you're doing this as part of your morning routine. It really helps to open up your lungs and wake up your brain :)

just found a New Way to take it Higher...on the last round at about 45 seconds left in the breath hold I was getting the URGE to Breath ....Put my hands on the Temples of my head...and pushed the energy from my Hands into my mind....then at about 25 seconds took all my fingers and let them message my head with the finger nails pushing into to the cranium ....it Not only took away the urge to breathe but PUSHED Energy into my MIND

The first round i wasnt able to hold my breath, beacause i wasnt fully in the moment yet. But after the second round i was there with myself and holding breath wasnt a problem. Easy peasy. Thank you! ❤

Whoa that was the maddest breathwork experience ever. I was sat on a fallen tree when I passed out and went into another world on the big inhale. When I came around I was in a bundle on the woodland floor. Completely surreal.
