I was drawn to this one today Dan. I lost my father this morning. He passed peacefully in his sleep. This practice allowed me to process. After this session of breathwork I experienced energy vibrations all through my body, my right hand started to move to hover above my chest and then my hand started to tap my chest over and over as emotions released. The whole quote was ....was profound.
I found the shamanic breathing sessions you have provided either within sessions like this one or Stand alone sessions have led me through such emotions as not heretofore experienced.
I figure 2 months of overflowing emotions all day. In between daily life chores.
