That was the hardest but best round of breath work. I could have gone way longer on the last retention. I wish I could do this all day.
It seems challenging and imitating at first, but once you hit about round 4 you fall into the flow and you want to finish all 9 rounds.
Definitely advanced stuff.
You my friend are a miracle worker.

This was amazing. I first found you from your dmt alkaline breathing for three rounds and knew I needed something longer. This has given me such a euphoric feeling that I’ve never experienced before. I’ve been using these videos 2-3 times a day and has been one of the few things to keep me in line without having access to plant medicines. Ayahuasca has always been my savior but I am in a time and place where I am far from the jungle and do not have the financial resources for other therapies so thank you kindly for your work and service that can reach to those far and wide who may be in difficult times 🙏

These routines assist with breaking up all the traumatic congestion within the psyche (body-mind) which allows one to simply rest in consciousness, simply being in the moment without any of the fear or anxiety that otherwise pulls the attention into drama.

This helped with my anxiety. This morning I woke up filled with grief and anxiety because I was living in my future and past. I also woke up this way because I needed to go through some emotions. We constantly get too busy to notice how we truly feel and this assisted me a lot. Thank you so much for these breathing exercises ❤
