I love to see you participating, so I got some tweaks on how to involve my upper body when breathing.

Fire&Ice are my faves.
With the other techniques, I still feel a little resistance.
Yet, breathing through the resistance and using it as a key to expand ... feels amazing, and I notice how it gets easier.
