This style of breathwork Session supports you in boosting your immune system, energy and your focus and determination in life. We aren´t all yogis living in caves, so we have our daily duties as human beings to do. And if you don´t like where you are at in life, that's okay. You can change. It comes from within, and begins every morning. It's a reminder for me as well that sometimes we put things off, forgetting that the future isn't guaranteed. We all have a reason that we are here, let's get out of bed, count our blessings and do what needs to be done. With love in our heart.

I am 66 years old and have finally come to the realization of how important breathwork is. I live in the country, and every morning I walk down to the dock and stretch and do breathwork with Sandy. Love this! My husband and I do it every morning. It’s a perfect length. I used to do win hoff but had difficulty motivating myself to do 13+ minutes each day. This is a perfect length of time. Love the messaging to “do what needs to be done”.

Grat for the quick morning rutine! I was doing those long 20 min dmt but in the morning right after waking up it sometimes was to hard, and sometimes i could pass out for a second, but this one is Just perfect. Then I can do the big one in the afternoon or evening, thanks again my friend !

What I like about Sandy is that he is doing this from a genuine place. Sure he encourages you to send support but it’s not an app where you gotta buy stuff.
