This short 8 minute breathing technique is to help you get an energy boost whenever needed. You can do it when you wake up, on lunch break etc. It can be done multiple times a day, and doesn´t require any machines or tools. Just our beautiful lungs.

Regular practice of Breathwork can bring real change to your life Including boosted immune system, lowered stress and inflammation, better focus, more energy and the list goes on. My guiding voice mixed with the rhythmic music really helps to go deeper into a state of relaxation and bliss. So if you want the full experience, wear headphones and be in a quiet comfortable place !

All music, guided voice and video editing is done by me. I thoroughly enjoy creating this content for you all and hope that is can bring improvement into your life. Whether that be more self love, kindness, less stress and anxiety, lowered inflammation, more energy etc whatever it brings, remember to say thank you to yourself for taking the time do improve your life.

I’ve been using your videos personally and now using them and sharing them w my clients. I am a drug and alcohol counselor for outpatient rehab. When I run groups we start out w your breath work videos, then I do sound bowls then into the group topic. It has made an amazing difference, everyone loves my groups because of how we begin, it helps them get into a new mindset, thank you 🙏

I recently turned 40. I have two young kids that keep me and my wife pretty busy plus work I was looking for ways to balance my life. I quit drinking alcohol about seven months ago, started exercising and doing your videos.
At first, they would make me yawn a lot. Now I’m tapping into what feels like a psychedelic experience regularly. Nothing extreme but really cool. Thanks for all your hard work.

Hello Sandy,
I don't know how often you scroll through the comments, but I wanted to thank you for these videos. I am an epileptic and my seizures are usually from stress and sleep deprivation. It's hard to live with some times because seizures are hard to control. Watching some of these videos has really helped me mentally because they remind me I can be in control of my body, starting with breathing.

Addicted after first try. I thought I would give breathing exercises a go, and happened upon this video. Boy am I glad, I now use this at least once a day! I especially love how the music picks up pace during the deep breathing parts and relaxes in between, that is so good, it pumps me up so much! Thanks so much for this, it has really helped me.

Also, I for some reason I started taking my shirt off when doing the exercises haha

Definitely my favorite part of your channel is the audio guidance, speicifically the breath sounds set the rythm for me to follow. It makes it so I don't have to think, just follow the guidance. I especially like this short video to use for a study break, thank you so much sandy!
