This is a powerfully transformative breathwork journey that is should be done performed in a safe environment. Read the contraindications below for more info. @BreathworkBeatsbyTouek and I have created this transformative journey of conscious connected breathing, incorporating powerful breath holds to create a nurturing environment for all participants to access their subconscious, release unbeneficial patterns, and make room for new thought patterns centered around gratitude and self-love. Breathwork, as a somatic healing modality, operates from a bottom-up approach, in contrast to the conventional top-down approach employed in talk therapy. Sessions like these facilitate the exploration of unconscious material that may hinder our personal growth and limit our ability to realize our full potential. This experience can be profoundly impactful for many individuals, underscoring the significance of remaining present until the conclusion of the session for integration purposes. Integration allows us to observe and process the entirety of our journey. Engaging in grounding practices, such as massage, nature walks, journaling, and dancing, can be valuable methods for integrating and assimilating the deep experiences encountered during the session. PLEASE lay down for sessions like these. Even you yogis who always like to be in the lotus, take a day off and lay down.

Welcome my friends. My brother Touek and I are happy to share this powerful journey with you all. Please make sure sure you have time for all 40 minutes as the last part is the most important in a breathwork session like this. For the best experience, follow these TIPS;
1) Lay down in a comfortable and safe environment where you wont be disturbed.
2) Dim your lights, or wear a blindfold.
3) Emptier the stomach the better.
4) Surrender the breath, and go in with an open mind having no expectations.
5) Smile and give thanks.

Sandy, all words are unworthy translators for the gratitude I wish I could express. I lost my Mom only 2 weeks ago, this has been the most difficult month of my entire life and I cannot imagine how psychologically and emotionally bad off I’d be if I hadn’t discovered breathwork 3 and half years ago. More specifically, I dare not imagine my state had I not discovered your channel, your creation and your guidance therein. This session was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I felt serenity, gratitude, and love, I felt weightless, I could feel my Mom’s love continuing to live in me. More than anything, I felt in my very soul that on the most fundamental level of this life and existence, everything is and will be okay. I had a mental breakdown with life’s pressures all in one moment. You know the kind where you fall to your knees screaming in the laundry room so no one will hear you. Single dad since 2017, full time college student, part time worker, recovering addict, losing loved ones left and right while trying to make ends meet for my beautiful 7 year old boy. Crying hysterically I told myself I’d do this the next time I was going through it.

I worked through this video and I thought about every bit of trauma I’ve faced in my life, all of it in the past 30 years. My body was seizing but it was almost like my trauma was leaving my body. Never in my life have I ever wanted to be held so bad crying the way I was. I felt a spiritual awakening and a love for myself when he said “hug yourself” at the end. I’ve been doing this breath work to start my mornings and end my days since. I remind you all that we’re all right where we need to be. Thank you Sandy for leading me through this, peace.

This was the most spiritual experience of my life. I lost my sister in early February. She was my best friend, truly the love of my life. I saw and felt her clearly and throughout my entire body and consciousness during the meditation segment. She showed me a glimpse of the universe. Man I have LSD dreams if I fall asleep during this particular breath work and guess what? I quit THC and my daily dopamine/serotonin pills after my third session of this! Honestly I came across this by “mistake “ 4 days ago as I went to do a Wim Hof breathing exercise & this appeared instead, it’s literally the best meditation I’ve ever done, I’ve been practising for years and years ! So thank you so much 🌜🙏🌛

I have been doing the work of dr Joe Dispenza and been looking for a guided breathing meditation that allows me to go into the subconscious mind. This video was perfect for that. I struggled in the beginning but towards the last activated breath cycle I started feeling the energy in my hands. I combined the awareness of the energy centers and blessed my body through that awareness with the energy I was feeling from the breath and relaxation. This has helped me a great deal and will come back to it every day. Thank you for this xx

Truly amazing. I’ve been struggling with a very very deep depression and anxiety. My external circumstances have been unrelenting these last few years. I again work early at 3am and couldnt sleep. I did this and went to a place of wonder- of creation. I could see the place sky full of stars and i was walking around, flying, my soul was visiting my loved ones and sending them my love. I was hugging them.
I’ve been in separation from them all for so long.
But most importantly the biggest message was that I love myself. This is the fundamental beginning and all we ever have is ourselves.
I slept after and had dreams for the first time in years. I woke up feeling like I had actually rested.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart Sandy. This video/journey is incredible.

I had my first meditation 11 years ago (unintentional by the way). Since then, I had an on and off relationship with spirituality. I learned deeper about meditation. I started with yoga. I read dozens of books from Eckhart Tolle, Sadghuru, Krishnamurti.

I fell back into samsara-mode, trying to step up my career. It dragged me again, I read the bible, books about Buddhism, I read the Bhagavad Gita. I loved all of it. It changed how I life, how I perceive life, how I perceive love.

I also started with the Wim Hof breathing technique a while ago. But this video right here that you’ve dropped is unbelievable. In all of my previous wonderful moments on my spiritual journey, I never had such an intense connection with life. It feels like my body is dissolving at the end of the breathing cycles / beginning of
the meditation phase. I‘m pure energy, vibrating so intensely that it’s hard for me to grasp. It just feels amazing. Absolut peace and bliss.

Thank you for what you do. You have an huge impact on so many people. It’s a blessing, that my way led me to you.

After getting through the breathing part, I experienced a very intense love and gratitude for the people in my life that left tears flowing down my face. This feeling reminded me how much love is possible for each and everyone of us and how I wish to spread this feeling to everyone. My brother, I prayed for you last night, sending so much Love from California where I’ve been grieving my mom’s passing, divorce, and childhood trauma.
