I do breathing exercises all the time. Especially the Wim Hof method, but this took me right out of my fight or flight stage and into deep relaxation and breath. Thank you very much for this 👁️‍🗨️

Thank you so much for your breathwork!!! ❤ Every morning I practice your sessions for about 30 minuted for 2 months now, after it I finish with 10 minutes of meditation. It completely changes my live, fear, stress, worrying an negative thoughts seem to be the past! Ive had chronic hyperventilation for 6 years, and it seems to be far away! I also combined it with a drastically diet change on advice of a nature dietist, free of gluten and diary (exorfines which stops the bodyprocess of making endorfines) I only eet fruits, vegetables, nuts, fish, eggs, potatos/rice/quinoa. The combination of the breathwork and change of nutrition makes me feel that every minute of the day I feel energized to do a 2 hour workout, almost scary how happy, energetic, careless and relaxed I daily feel, almost a euphoric feeling which I havent had for many years! So thankful!! ❤ Thank you Dan!! 💯

After pausing for a while with intentional breathwork, i chose to come back. After having completed this session, i had to realize how much i`m in distress with the situation here in Germany, people`s mindset, fear mongering politician, lies, lies, lies....That took way to much space in my life and i allowed to let contraction happen on all levels. Your session and the reading opened up that space of potential again, reminded me of my responsibility of the state of consciousness I`m in. Your work can be a lighthouse if one choses to use it.
