If you’d like to calm your mind and release stress and tension from your body as you prepare for bed, this video is for you.

Yoga teachers often use various forms of guided relaxation at the end of classes, but it’s not just a yoga thing. I did this last night, not right before going to bed, but did better with more rem and deep sleep! Going to do it again and see if i get the same results. I wear my Galaxy watch to bed to record my sleep. Thank you Lucas. Hmmm, what is your last name?
