I cannot tell you how much this sequence helped me. I was feeling terribly anxious and upset that I hadn't been able to workout earlier in the day (I had been stuck in freeze mode) but this practice really reached me and helped me end my day in a much calmer place. The music is excellently chosen and I'm so grateful for discovering this artist through your video.
