Although this class was curated for better sleep, you can do this class anytime you feel overwhelmed or stressed.

I just have to say that currently, I am a new mom with postpartum depression. I have been struggling with finding a night/bedtime routine that works for me for nearly a yr and FINALLY I FOUND IT! always wanted to so yoga but wasn't interested in headstands and trying to see who can make the tightest pretzel with their body in a yoga class. I sleep better, I am more patient throughout my day and I look forward to sleep because of your channel so thank you for helping me in my journey to get back to Self. You're 👏 amazing!

Hi Bird, I still use these bedtime yoga videos you made a year ago. The supine twists and deep breathing helps me settle in for a good nights rest. I hope you have a good nights rest too.

Wow, this was incredible. Such a gorgeous soothing routine. Oddly enough I also had my cat distracting me too running around after her mouse making such a fuss but I was able to still stay in the moment. Thank you girl

Thanks for another sweet, sift and relaxing session. I'm happy because(despite the pressure of the heavy work load and srudying for my own exams and school tasks) it is the third night in a row that I managed to follow up with my yoga after weeks of irregularity!
