I love this sm because it gets me in such a flowy, chill state and the fact that it's just 5mins long makes me feel like it's okay to squeeze em into my routine no matter what and how much is going on. Thank you sm for making these lil vids!

Thanks for this super manageable bedtime yoga. I agree with the others below. At just five minutes, I can add this in before bed to help me fall asleep and sleep more soundly. By the way your voice is so calming! Your backdrop, plants, table, and soft rug create a relaxing background. I think your videos would be great outside too. Thanks for making these videos!

The perfect amount of time to get your nighttime dose of stretching and quiet mindfulness 😊…ty for making it enjoyable.
