sarahbeth! please do a longer version of this flow! the relaxing voice and inspiring things you said in the beginning about the past and future really put my mind at ease almost immediately. I've never been this relaxed after a bedtime flow. the music was phenomenal. everything blended together was the recipe for the most relaxing bedtime practice ever. only wish it were longer! thank you sweetness. looking forward to more night time routines.

My heartrate was so high when I started this routine while trying to power down for bed. Somewhere along the lines of this video, it slowed down and when I finished it was a noticeable difference. Love it!

So No. I'm not asleep by the end of this video. However, I will tell you what this video has done for me. I've been doing this every night for two weeks now and I can finally bend down to pick up my daughter without wincing in pain. The transformation isn't just with my flexibility. Its helped calm my mind so that I can sleep, and so that I am not the "crazy lady* in quarantine that the kids go "mom, its gonna be ok, school starts on Monday" lol. And this week, my oldest and my youngest daughters have taken to doing yoga with me, and it's all because of this video and the 1 week beginner's challenge you're doing right now. this video has gave me another way to bond and love and have quality time with the people that mayter most. Thank you so much.

🤣🤣🤣I did this in bed and between the cat and the dogs, well, I wouldn’t call it sleep inducing, but it was the silliest yoga I have ever done. Knees to chest? Now there’s a cat perched on my shins. Reclined twist? Dog chin resting on my knee. And now that I’m done, dog #2 has removed his head from my shoulder and has taken his bone into the living room. I’m definitely relaxed, but next time I think I’ll do this on my yoga room (aka the empty spare bedroom). But thank you for this. 🙏

I absolutely love this practice! Its perfect for when youre just too tired to do anything else but need to physically unwind. Id love to see another practice you can do right IN BED<3 Thank you for what you do Sarah Beth!

Perfect timing. Almost midnight here when i found this and was going to bookmark for another time but decided to do it now. It's poses i often do in bed but having your instruction to follow makes it much much better. I have inflammatory arthritis so am pretty stiff and sore but this is still manageable.

I just found your videos yesterday, and they feel so calming. Was looking for a sleep video for a friend, found this: decided to do it in the middle of the day in order to know what I was recommending. It is also a very good practice for someone like me who has a chronic illness and panic attacks, for a day when energy is low and/or grounding is needed. Thank you.
