The wrist stretch really helps - I play baseball and cricket, and sometimes when I’m bowling or throwing, I get pain on the bottom of my wrist. This has strengthened it and given me extra velocity!

One of the best core workouts I've ever done! An amazing workout without getting repetitive and without a million crunches or just holding a plank the whole time. Awesome sequences and I actually feel energized throughout my whole body too!! ❤❤❤
